This was an interesting and fun crochet. The pattern goes in three directions. There is a hexagon motif panel on the bottom, the waist panel is crocheted horizontally, and the upper bodice is crocheted vertically. The vest closes with three ties on the upper bodice. It also is trimmed with large-whole beads. Fringe adorns the hem and the ties that close the upper front.
