This mosaic washcloth is deceptively simple. It is designed to introduce mosaic knitting, a colourwork technique devised by Barbara G. Walker for working one colour at a time, and slipping the non-working colour from the row below.

Materials
• 5mm single point knitting needles
•MC: 1 x Fiddlesticks Finch Cotton 10ply (100% cotton, 109m/71g) in Peacock
• CC: 1 x Fiddlesticks Finch Cotton 10ply (100% cotton, 109m/71g) in Leaf
• Notions: scissors, tapestry needle
NB two balls of Fiddlesticks Finch Cotton 10ply will make 2-3 washcloths.
