• This pattern includes a detailed chart with stitch key and general written directions for using the chart to complete your project. If you’re new to mosaic crochet, there are many helpful YouTube videos. That’s how I learned!

• Experience constructing a pillow is highly recommended.

• The chart is for a pillow cover without repeats, using the overlay mosaic crochet technique. Experienced mosaic crocheters will be able to adapt the chart for pieces with repeats, such as table runners, afghans, blankets, wall hangings, scarves, and more.

• The sample pillow cover was made with worsted weight (#4) yarn and an F (3.75mm) hook, with a gauge of approximately 4.5 stitches and 4.5 rows per inch. The blocked pillow cover measures 19.75 by 20.75 inches before filling.
