The moss stitch gives a lovely texture and makes this beanie comfortably loose fitting, though you can make it a little tighter by using a smaller needle size.

No exact tension is given as each person knits differently, however approx 21 st to 4” is what I had on 4.5mm needles in stocking stitch.

Uses approx half (or a little more) of a 100 gm skein of Moda Vera Fayette.
