Moss Stitch Cushion

This is a basic pattern for a textured moss stitch pillow. This pattern is ideal for beginners, as it includes some intriguing suggestions for experimentation once the basic pattern has been mastered. It is the perfect opportunity to have fun and be playful with creative colour choices.
Measurements:
finished cushion measures 40 cm / 16” square
Yarn:
50 g balls x 6
Gauge:
19 sts x 30 rows = 10 cm / 4” in moss stitch
Needles:
4 mm / US 6 - straight knitting needles
Always remember to use needles which result in the correct gauge after blocking.
Notions:
darning needle, 7 large buttons or pres-studs
