There’s a lot going on in this pattern, but all easy! Firstly, I have made instructions for knitting the pumpkins flat and in the round.

Then, I have scaled the pattern for use with Chunky, Aran, DK and 4ply yarn – 8 patterns in total! (Or fingering, sport, worsted and bulky.) It really bothers me when I love a project, but it’s not in the yarn I have in mind.

The moss stitch design maintains interest whilst knitting and the pumpkin knits up quickly. I have also added purl channels and made it super easy to get the segmented pumpkin aesthetic. Go wild and create a whole pumpkin patch!

We also have a free pumpkin pattern available on Ravelry, with a YouTube tutorial. This video also demonstrates sewing up and making the segments, which is the same for this pumpkin pattern.
