This earwarmer is a quick and easy item to crochet, it looks great in natural color tones (but please follow your fancy!).

Techniques and stitches to know: 

• foundation single crochet (FSC)
• single crochet (SC)
• half doucle crochet (HDC)
• double crochet (DC)
• slip stitch (SLST)
• chain (CH)
• working in the third loop of HDC

It is very lightweight and has a nice stretch.

I think it looks quite elaborate, though it is very easy to make, using no fancy stitches at all.

The brown one (on the pictures) was made in bulky (#5) yarn. The green one was made in a worsted (#4) yarn.
