This is a pattern to crochet Mother Island, not the finished doll.
The pattern is a .pdf document with written instructions on how to crochet the doll and her dress, accompanied by explanatory pictures.
The document includes a description about how the scepter was made, though it is impossible to share a pattern for it (it is just a prop and making it required a lot of random sewing and pulling).

Crochet level: intermediate and above.

The finished doll should be around 10cm tall and 5cm wide. Of course, it depends on how you work and on the kind of hook and yarn used.
