With Mother’s Day coming up, I thought I would make a flower bookmark for my Mum. Last year I sent flowers, but they only last a few days before sadly fading away.

By sending a Mother’s Day Bouquet bookmark instead of real flowers, she can use it all year round. I hope that every time she uses it, she’ll feel a little closer to me.

Materials:

Small amounts of DK weight yarn in 6 colours. I used Sheepjes Colour Crafter in:

• Sittard (light pink)
• Heerlen (purple)
• Hengelo (dark pink)
• Urk (light blue)
• Den Helder (darker blue) Size 3.5 crochet hook Scissors Yarn needle A small square of cardboard
