The lace floral edging is reminiscent of the hardy, beautiful Mountain Arnica blossoms you see along the edges of Lake Louise in the Canadian Rockies, for which the colorway is named. The lace border is worked first, then the short-row body; then a simple garter edging.
Finished Size: 15” depth, 60” wingspan. Modification directions included.
Yarn: Arcane Fiber Works Fingering weight (sock), 85% Merino/15% Nylon. 435 yards/100g. Sample knit in Lake Louise. Sample used the full skein. Needles: Size 5 US/3.75mm 24” circular needle, or size to obtain gauge.
Gauge: 20 stitches/32 rows per inch in blocked stockinette stitch. Gauge is not critical for this item but will affect yardage used and drape.
