Mountain Climber Hat
Cozy-looking Mountain Climber Hat comes in sizes 50–52; 52–54; (54–56; 56–58; 60–62) сm [20–20.5; 20.5–21.3; (21–22; 22–23; 23.6–24.4) inches]. Instructions for all sizes are separately charted AND written out row-by-row for each size group.
Sizes: Head circumference 50–52; 52–54; (54–56; 56–58; 60–62) сm [20–20.5; 20.5–21.3; (21–22; 22–23; 23.6–24.4) inches]
Needles and Materials:
– The Plucky Knitter Primo Fingering (75% merino wool, 20% cashmere, 5% Nylon/polyamide; 115 g – 402 m [4 oz – 440 yds]) – 50; 80 (100: 115; 130) g [1.75; 2.8 (3.5; 4; 4.6) oz] for a hat without pompom, +30 g [1 oz] for a hat with pompom;
– circular knitting needles 2.25 mm [US1] and 3.25 mm [US3] or other appropriate size to obtain gauge;
– stitch marker, tapestry needle.
Gauge:
30 sts and 36 rounds = 10x10 cm [4x4 in], in cable pattern, on 3.25 mm [US3] needles, after blocking and stretched.
