Mountain dog
This sweater is knitted almost seamlessly in the round. You will need to sew the seams and small holes under the armpits.
For all sizes the yoke consists of 10 charts. One drawing is 20 sts wide. For the size M you will have 13 drawings, for size L you will
have 14 drawings, for size XL – 15 drawings, for size XXL – 16 drawings.
No ready to wear clothing size charts have been used in this pattern. After knitting drawing from chart of your size you will need to measure your body and follow the instructions and guidelines to separate body from sleeves and knit the body and sleeves of the sweater.
Needles:
Circular needles 4-5 mm (US 6-8) 40 cm, 60 cm, 80 cm.
Double pointed needles 4-5 mm (US 6-8).
I knit loose, so I am using 3 mm needles for this project. You will need to adjust needles to your knitting style to achieve gauge and right size.
Yarn: In this pattern I am using 100 % merino Viking Wool by VIKING GARN. Colors – 515 and 502. Because no ready to wear clothing size charts have been used in this patterns, it is not possible to calculate exact amount of yarn you will need. For the size XL example what is used in this pattern to describe all calculation, you would need 11 balls 50g of 515, 1 ball 50g of 502. 1 ball 50g of 502 will be enough for all sizes.
