Mountain Headband
Fair Isle mountains for all you lovers of the outdoors! I would categorize this as an “intermediate” fair isle pattern. It is not super difficult but I wouldn’t recommend trying this as your first fair isle pattern.
Yarn used in example: Worsted weight Woolstok by Blue Sky Fibers - 40g/100 yards TOTAL. I bought a 50g/123yd skein of each color to ensure I had enough, but you can also purchase Blue Sky Fibers mini hank bundles.
Colors used in example: October Sky (1305), Highland Fleece (1303), Storm Cloud (1301), Grey Harbor (1304), Cast Iron (1300), Spring Ice (1320)
US6/4mm, US8/5mm circular (16”) or DPN
Gauge: 12sts and 8 rows =2”x2”
