Crochet this gorgeous Mountain Lodge Blanket! Inspired from the tradition of the Log Cabin Quilt. Creating the warmth (pink/red center) resembles the warmth of the home then the sides are created to give a beautiful building block look. I put a modern spin on the design by using minimal colors and seaming my squares together at an angle instead of stacking.

The crochet pattern keeps the square look by creating half and quarter squares that fill in the gaps of the edges. A simple border outlines the blanket leaving the main design focus on the squares.

o MC - Main Color (cream) – 725 yards (4 skeins)
o C1 – Color 1 (Blush) – 185 yards (1 skein)
o C2 – Color 2 (Mint) – 235 yards (2 skeins)
o C3 – Color 3 (Spruce) – 375 (2 skeins)
o Outline Color (Silver) – 250 yards (2 skeins)
