This is a heavy shawl that can be worn as a shrug or shawl, knitted from top to bottom using a garter stitch tab. It is easy to adjust shoulder width should you need to; however the back will be shorter.
(This can be amend in the decrease portion, Row 37)

I also made yarn knub knots in place of buttons as I like the discreetness of it, however you can use buttons or toggles instead.
(This is a Canadian size XL shawl and can be adapted to larger sizes or a medium to large, by starting your deceases earlier.)

You are welcome to sell your knitted work from home, farm store or farmer’s markets, and on Esty, so long as you credit me with the design pattern. (Not for sale in retail stores)

Jumbo Yarn: I used Leslie Comfort’s Creative Art Yarn, but any other yarn suited to size 19 US Needles (15 mm) will work.

Gauge is 12 stitches = 11 inches
3 rows =2 “

This is just to show you what mine worked out to be. It is a rather loose design..

*The length of yarn I recommended is an estimate. I don’t rightly recall if the yarn was measured in meters or yards.*
