Three skeins, two hats!

This pattern includes both written and charted instructions for 2 unisex hats with earflaps. Stranded colorwork adds interest (and warmth), and a tidy crochet edge provides structure. Beefy i-cord ties round out the character and anchor the design.

Finished measurement: 20 inch circumference. Fits adults and teens.

Gauge: 14 sts = 4 inches in St st.

Materials needed:
Three colors (one skein each) of chunky weight yarn
OR
Three colors (one skein each) of worsted weight yarn, held double throughout.

Approx. usage:
Foothills Hat: 30g Color A, 30g Color B, 65g Color C
Landslide Hat: 30g Color A, 65g Color B, 30g Color C

Usage is the same for bulky as worsted held double.
