⛰️Introducing the Mountains & Seas Sweater!

Inspired by a windy evening spent on a sailboat or a cozy afternoon spent in a mountain cabin, the mountain and seas sweater is an oversized v-neck raglan with a split hem to accompany you in the cooler climates of the mountains and seas.

I designed this sweater while traveling to the Indian Ocean in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and through the Inside Passage in Alaska, surrounded by the mountains and seas and they acted as the perfect inspiration source to design a relaxed cozy sweater for hanging out in some of nature’s most magnificent places.

The DK-weight sweater features a raglan construction with a deep v neck. The body features a split hem (optional) with 2x2 ribbing for a cozy touch. Sleeves are tapered and feature long 2x2 rib cuffs. There are two options for the sleeves, depending on if you would like a more fitted or looser sleeve. And finally, the star of the show, the neckline is a folded 2x2 v-neck. The sweater is designed to be very oversized with 30cm/12” of positive ease (see sample 1 in cream), but can also be knit with less ease if desired (see sample 2 in purple, which has 10cm/4” of positive ease).
