Mountains of Minis Wrap Pattern

The “Mountain of Minis Wrap” is designed to be the perfect knit therapy during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. This wrap uses approx. 1000 yards and knits up little lacey mountains that look adorable in tons of contrasting mini skeins, a fade, or any cute, hand-dyed yarn. It was originally designed to compliment Bumblebee Acres Mini Skein Advent Calendars. The pattern is an easily memorized 8 row repeat and knit on US 6 needles - so it’s gentle on your hands.

The wrap is composed of a beautiful lace chevron stitch (designed by Samantha Troia), which can be elegant, cute, or edgy, depending on the yarns you choose! The pattern features the ability to make it wider or narrower, depending on if you want a bigger wrap or scarf.

Skill Level: Beginner/Intermediate Lace

Stitches to know: Knit, Purl, Knit Two Together, Slip Slip Knit, SPP: (Also known as a S1P1PSSO) Slip 1, Purl 1, Pass Slipped Stitch over Purl Stitch, Yarn Over

I recommend using 25 different minis (5 Bumblebee Acres Sets) or aiming for a total of 1000 yards. Another option is to use a full skein and striping the minis in how you want, or creating a fade! The possibilities are endless!
