Mouse Woodland Collection
The Woodland collection is born from a desire to have a basket full of dolls for little ones that come home, for them to play.
What a great treasure to have so much dolls to put clothes on or just to play with and to imagine stories, or also to take a nap with!
This little mouse is all inspired by the woodland: How cute is this little animal?!
Material:
Yarn:
Any 4 ply you want to use, with needles 3 mm knitted with a mohair thread.
Here is the list for the yarns I used to knit the model on the pictures.
Drops alpaca and Kid silk Mohair Grey and brown for both mice.
Little bit of yarn : Black or brown or blue for eyes
Stamps inks: pink for nose, light pink for cheeks
Flat or circular needles 3 mm (20 or 30 cm)
Tapestry needle
Polyester to stuff the doll
Gauge:
No gauge is needed, you can make the choice to use another weight for yarn as Dk or 8 ply, change the needle too! just keep in mind your doll will have different size.
Level:
Medium / this pattern is easy to follow and a good exercise for beginners who want to improve their knits.
Note:
Have fun by making your own choice of yarn and colours.
You do not need so much yarn so that project is perfect for your remains of yarns
Keep in mind this doll can be for kids so be aware to attach the buttons or beads enough.
Or keep this doll for you to keep for decoration.
