It’s no secret that I like geometric shapes. So here is Mousse, an easy square top mitten! Even the top of the thumb is square!!

It is available in 7 sizes to fit everyone in the family from toddler to men:
(Toddler, Child) (Adult S, M, L) (Adult XL, XXL) to fit hand circumference of (6, 6½) (7, 7½, 8) (8½, 9) inches/ (15.25, 16.5) (17.75, 19, 20.25) (21.5, 22.75) cm. Shown in sizes Toddler and Adult S.

Instructions are given to knit it in the round or flat as you prefer. I also included photo tutorials to ensure that grafting and mattress stitch are super easy to do at each steps. Plus, it is a very fast knit: a kid size pair can be achieve within an hour or so!

You can make your Mousse mittens plain, but for more fun, make a colorblock pair in 6 colors! Here is why: my young nephew, who was model for the pictures, completely fell in love with the colorblock samples and I had absolutely no choice but to give to him because he was asking for the mittens every five minutes…for 3 days!! So funny!
