The washcloth body is knit first, then sts are picked up around the edge for the I-cord edging bind off. This pattern includes both charted and written instructions. This fun knit goes pretty fast, but it will keep you on your toes.
Techniques used: Knit, purl, provisional CO, cabling, picking up sts, i-cord BO, Kitchener Stitch.

Mr (Mrs): Approximately 7”x7”
Yarn:
Knit Picks Shine Worsted:
C1 (cream): 10 (40) yds
C2 (grey): 40 (10) yds
(For best results, use a yarn with good stitch definition.)
Needles:
US 6 straight needles; US 7 circular (32”)
(Note: Sharp tipped needles work best.)
Gauge:
5.25 sts and 7 rows = 1 inch in st st with US 6
Notions:
Scrap yarn; crochet hook (provisional CO); cable needle; tapestry needle
