Mr. and Mrs. Hedgehog are the newest members of a group of crocheted woodland animals called the Forest Friends. They are as friendly as can be, despite their prickles. The hedgehogs are an original amigurumi design and work up quickly. You can find all of the Forest Friends patterns in my Ravelry store.

You’ll need the yarn colors pictured (worsted/aran weight), a size E/3.5mm crochet hook, a yarn needle, stuffing, safety eyes, and an intermediate crochet skill level (or give it a try if you’re an ambitious beginner!). The finished hedgehogs are about 6” tall.
