NO SEW PATTERN - everything is crocheted without attaching.

Skill level: Intermediate

YOU’LL NEED:

• Crochet hook: 5 mm
• Yarn: Chenille - Super Bulky weight (120 m / 100 g (3.5 oz / 131 yds)) - 60 g light brown, 8 g dark brown and a little white
• Stuffing
• 2 x 18 mm safety eyes
• Stitch markers

STITCHES YOU NEED TO KNOW:

mr - magic ring
sc - single crochet
ch - chain
slst - slip stitch
hdc - half double crochet
sc3tog - single crochet 3 stitches together
inc - increase
dec - decrease

The pattern contains video tutorials for all these stitches.

SIZE:

The platypus will be 28 cm / 11 inches if you use same yarn and hook size as me. You can use other sizes and/or yarn if you want a bigger or smaller result.
