Marlene Miller’s muffler pattern has a low level difficulty rating (2/5), despite the lovely lace-like pattern.

The muffler can be worn in a variety of ways, thanks to the crocheted tie at the neck, which is entirely adjustable. With the tie completely loosened the final measurements of the muffler will be approximately:

top opening: 70cm around (35cm measured flat)
bottom opening: 90cm around (45cm measured flat)
height: 42cm
tie: 115cm long, 5mm wide

To knit this muffler you will require:
180g of 8ply merino yarn (345m)
5mm circular needles
8mm circular needles
A 5mm crochet hook (size H)
Stitch markers
