Muladhara Root chakra
“Do you often feel “floating”, disconnected from your life?
Perhaps it is an anchoring problem. The anchoring goes through the root chakra which is the first of the chakras. It allows us to connect to our Mother Earth.
When we are well anchored to the Earth, we are fully present in our body. Anchoring is visualized by the growth of roots under your feet which will be planted in Gaia. You become like a tree. The Muladhara doll (which is the Sanskrit name for this chakra) is there to remind you to anchor yourself regularly to fully experience your incarnation.”
Muladhara was realised with cotton thread size 3 - 3,5 (fingering) and crochet size 2,5 mm and 2 mm. To enlarge it, you can use a thread of another size with a hook adapted to this one.
