This cosy cowl is inspired by the sunsets in the Mull of Kintyre in Scotland.

It is knitted in the round using 4.5mm circular needle and will knit up with any yarn suitable for this needle size. This design is suitable for an average sized ladies head. If you want a bigger size simply go up a needle size.

It is a simple pattern which consists of knit and purl stitches with decreases incorporated into the design to allow the cowl to mould snuggly around your neck.
