Just like crocodiles and frogs, these mummy and baby monsters love to travel with the little one inside its mummy’s mouth - and as a special twist both of them have mouth pockets for you to hide your most secret possessions inside!

The mummy monster is big enough to provide a substantial cuddle (7 x 6 inches) whilst the baby is small enough to pop inside a pocket or lunch box (4 x 3 inches) and, to provide extra amusement, their stiff lips can be bent into shape. What fun!

2 knitting needles (US2.5/3mm or size required to match tension advice)
2 knitting needles (US2/2.75mm)
50g pink yarn for the inside mouth
50g yarn for the mummy’s body
20g yarn for the baby’s body
10g complementary yarn for the lips
5g white yarn for the eyeballs
2 black toy safety eyes (9mm)
2 black toy safety eyes (6mm)
4 pipe cleaners
Polyfil
1 tapestry needle for finishing
