This is a mini version of the elegant market bag. People liked the original, but wanted a smaller faster knit. Enter the munchkin bag: simple, fast, effective.

The shop samples are done in blue sky alpacas organic cotton and in spud and chloe outer.

To get a large flexible bag that is still a fast knit, using a bulky weight (such as the spud and chloe outer) and size 9 and 11 us needles will give you a fast and cute bag that is suitable for trips to the beach.

(Note: the spud and chloe bag takes about 4 skeins at 9US and 11US. Changing the yarn will change yardage requirements.)
