The Murder Most Cowl is a colorwork cowl that features designs inspired by three of my favorite murder mystery tv shows: Murder She Wrote, Matlock, and Only Murders in the Building. There are four charts per show with designs based on location, character traits, or other themes of the show, as well as two universal murder trope inspired designs. Charts can be mixed and matched to create a unique cowl that suits your vision.

The cowl can be worked in a tall tube that is grafted together for a seamless look, or a longer, narrower, one sided cowl. If this option is chosen please be advised that there are long floats in the colorwork charts and you’ll need to use your chosen method of catching those floats.

This is a pattern for knitters with some experience with charts and colorwork.
