Muriel Shawl
Muriel is a striped modular construction shawl, finished with an I-cord. Its characteristic is due to the stripes that alternate between silk-merino and silk-Mohair, making the shawl super light, fluffy, and with alternating transparent stripes.
First of all, the first module is created, that is, a main triangle.
Leaving all the stitches on the needles, cast on the stitches using the I-cord method to begin the second module.
After a series of short rows, the stitches on the left side of the main triangle are incorporated and closed, decreasing the stitches on both the right and left of the new module.
In the last section, continue with the I-cord bind-off of all the stitches on the right side of the main triangle.
This shawl will have a unique and charming look thanks to the combination of silk-merino and silk-mohair.
