This pretty little cowl is inspired by an old Shetland Lace pattern from a Victorian knitting pattern. It is knit in the round with every row knit, making it a nice relaxing project. Perfect for Summer to snuggle up with when the evenings get a bit chilly.

It is knit with 3.5mm circular needle and one skein of hand dyed sock yarn. The sample used a slightly variegated yarn and the pattern still shines through.
