Double knit, puff & stuff!

pdf pattern of 4 charts to double knit and make a happy, friendly, soft and cuddly mushroom baby book.

Finished size - approx. 4.75”/12cm square, but your book does not need to be the same size.

Yarn - use what you have or what you like.
I used 100% cotton, 16y/15m (25oz) per color per page.

Needles - to match your happy yarn.
Mine were #8US for CO and #7 for knitting (5 & 4.5 mm).

And a crochet hook G or H.

Stuffing: use store bought or
yarn left overs, pompons, cotton balls….

Need to know: double knitting and single crochet
(but you can try it in st.st or crochet all too).

Time to knit - about 2 hours per page - and see yourself as a happy author! (if you are practiced in double knitting it will be much faster).

Mainly - it’s a fun and unique gift, that the new Mom can take with her, put in Baby’s bed, and laundry when needed (according to your yarn specifications).

These charts can be used to make coasters (for grandma) or included in other garments.
Note: read the pdf before you print it - there are a lot of color how-to photos, and you really only need to print the charts.

Danger: knitting them is highly addictive!
