This Mushie Cap is a perfect intermediate pattern for photo shoots, Faire, festivals, gifts, and more! Transform yourself into a Mushroom or Fairy. The wire brim, as well as the ties, are optional additions.

MC- Magic Circle
CH- Chain
ST- Stitch
SC- Single Crochet
HDC- Half Double Crochet

1 skein Red Heart Super Saver Jumbo- Cherry Red
1 skein Red Heart Super Saver- White
1 skein Lion Brand Fuzzy Friends- Oscar Green (Optional)
Size J crochet hook
Yarn or tapestry needle
Scissors
Stitch Marker
Stitch counter if needed
Polyfil
Wire for brim; I used a wire hanger. I stretched it out, curved it to form a circle, then retwisted the metal ends around itself to hold the circle frame shape in place. I suggest placing a small amount of hot glue on the ends of the wire to prevent it from having sharp ends and poking through yarn later. It is only sewn into the front portion of the cap.(Optional)

Special Notes-
CH does not count as a ST.
Most Rounds are completed by a SLST into the top of the first DC, then CH 3.
