I’ve noticed that many people made this one piece instead of sewing the gills to the cap as I did. The reason I sewed the gills to the cap is because I was having issues not having the gills puff out. I try my best to make my vegetables and fruits as realistic as possible, so making them separately and sewing them together solved the problem for me. I’m always open to learning more and improving myself, so if anyone has any tips on making this seamless without having the gills puff out, please let me know! It would be much easier to not have to sew things together. ;)
