Mustang Island is an asymmetric triangular shawl. It is knit on the bias with contrasting color textured stitches alternating with garter stitch sections. The shawl is interesting to knit as it introduces a new textured stitch in each section.

22 sts = 4” (10.2 cm); 48rows = 4” (10.2 cm) in Garter stitch
