‘My 1st scarf’ is for everyone.
The length of the pattern is easily modified and the
scarf size will change dependent on the thickness of the yarn.

This pattern is suitable for almost all types of yarn.
I recommend using a 5.5mm hook size or smaller.

If you are a beginner it might be hard to use velvet yarn (finding stitches are harder with velvet/ loose fiber yarn)
