• It is recommended to knit the oversized check pattern with a crop length that slightly sits on the hips, leaving 25–30 cm of ease based on the actual chest circumference.
• If you prefer to knit longer than the crop length depending on your body type and preference, an additional pattern (+10 cm) is lightly drawn for each size.
• Alternatively, you can adjust the total length by knitting a longer ribbed hem.
• The pattern is knit bottom-up, starting with a Judy’s cast-on to create stitches, beginning from the waist ribbing.
After adding steek stitches to the body, the piece is knitted in the round. After dividing the front and back at the armholes, the shoulder seams are connected. After cutting the steek, pick up sleeve stitches from the armholes, then knit the button band and neckband to finish.
• Horizontal colorwork is used, along with knit and purl stitches, increases, decreases, 1x1 ribbing, and the steek technique.

• The basic version is finished with snap buttons, but if desired, you can use regular buttons or toggle buttons for the closure.
