The sweater is worked top-down. The process starts by provisional casting on stitches for the neckline along the back. The neckline depth is then shaped using short rows. Next, shoulder yokes are formed with increases, followed by the knitting of the sweater’s back. After that the front yokes are worked, joining with the back yoke, and the body of the sweater is worked in the round downwards. The body knitting finishes with a 1x1 ribbing tubular bind off.

The sleeves are worked in the round by picking up stitches along the armholes. Short rows are used to shape the sleeve cap, after which the sleeves are worked in rounds with decreases. The sleeves are finished with 1x1 ribbing and tubular bind of. The neckline is worked in 1x1 ribbing and sewn to the cast-on edge to create a folded collar.
The finished garment has a positive ease of 30 cm, which means that the sweater will be 30 cm larger of your measured bust circumference.
