‘My Dear Hat’ is redesigned for a hat with ‘My Dear’ pattern designed for a lover.
Work is from the bottom and the band is worked in 1x1 twisted rib, then folded once.
The cable stitches use diamond and zigzag which look unique.

Gauge After Wet-blocking
30 sts x 27 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches) in 1x1 twisted rib on 4mm circular needles or double pointed needles.
