My First Cable Hat

This pattern is unisex and can be made with or without a pompom.

This is a good pattern to use your leftover yarn and get creative with colors!

Pattern Level: Intermediate

Materials:

• 1 ball of Loopy Mango Merino No. 5 Yarn 74 yds 68 m | 150 g 5.3 oz each, 100% merino wool
• Size US 15 (10 mm) circular needles, 20’’ (50 cm) in length
• Size US 19 (15 mm) circular needles, 20’’ (50 cm) in length
• Size US 19 (15 mm) cable needle

Gauge: 1x1 Rib on size US 15 (10 mm) needles: 4 sts/2” (5 cm), 6 rows/2” (5 cm)

Approximate Finished Measurements: 8.5” (22 cm) wide, 11” (28 cm) long
