DMarie Knit and Fiber is a knit shop for all ages!

We love to teach students of all ages to knit! The Student Summer Knit Program and after school knitting has made it possible for hundreds of students to learn to knit in our small community.

This pattern was made to help new knitters learn to knit during the COVID-19 outbreak and experience what other students were able to do but not having in person help..

DMarie Knit and Fiber of Prairie du Sac, WI put out almost 200 QP’s.
These Quarantine Packs were free for anyone who had the desire to learn to knit.. in the QP’s were size 10 Chiaogoo needles (which some were donated by Chiaogoo) 1 ball of Malabrigo Worsted, (donated by DMarie) and a scarf of 24 stitches cast on and the first row knit. All the new knitter had to do was go to dmarieknitandfiber.com and watch the video to learn to knit.

We are so grateful for the amazing community of knitters we have grown and continue to grow! it just never ceases to amaze me how much I love to watch the faces of new knitters when they finish a project and wear it with pride. it never gets old…
