My Little Dolly
My daughter has a store-bought little doll that I received at my baby shower for her, and she has loved playing with it and snuggling it over the past six years. I saw her with it not too long ago and thought: Hey! I can make that with crochet!! However, I was in the middle of a few other projects, aren’t we all, so I sketched out the design and set it aside.
After I finished up a those projects, I pulled the sketch back out and began designing away. I wanted a little dolly that would be perfect for any age. No small pieces, good size to play with and carry around, and best all to snuggle just like Miss K. has done with her doll.
I would have to say I think these My Little Dollies really hit the mark, and were just what I was hoping for. They would make a perfect baby shower gift, first birthday gift, or a just-because-they-are-so-darn-cute gift! ;-)
