A fun, ball shaped animal character that kids will love to play with. You do not need to add safety eyes, if for little ones younger than 3 years of age. You can just embroider black eyes if you want.

The ducky is about 4 inches tall. It can be bigger or smaller depending on your crochet technique and the yarn you use. I use Red Heart Super Saver because the yarn holds up to wear and tear. It also can take a lot of fiberfill stuffing without the stuffing showing through.

You can use any yarn you want, just remember, if the yarn is not 100% acrylic, it will stretch, so be careful when stuffing your ducky.

This ducky uses a tiny bit of orange for the beak and feet, maybe 30 yards. Also the ducky itself uses about 1/4 skein of red heart. One can easily use remnants to make this ducky.
