My Little Love Bunny
In the spirit of Valentine’s day, I’d like to share this free pattern for an Amigurumi love bunny. This cute little bunny is easy to make and is a super fast project, ideal for a last minute gift. So share the love, and get making some love bunnies!
Construction - The bunny is created in two separate pieces (plus ears). The front side has a motif heart, so has colour changes as you work. The reverse side is worked in one colour. The pieces are then seamed together and finally, the ears are attached at the end.
Gauge is not important for this pattern. I have listed some yarns that you can use above, but feel free to choose whatever yarn you like. If you use a heavier or lighter weight yarn, keep in mind that this will change the size of your finished product. With a 5.5mm hook and 16 ply yarn, my finished toy measures approximately 5.5 inches (14 cm) height, plus ears.
Yardage – I used approximately 52.5 yards (48 m) to make my bunny.
Copyright - Yes, you can sell items created from this pattern but please acknowledge Roaming Pixies as designer. Mass production is not permitted. Please do not reproduce or distribute any part of this pattern without permission.
