My Loco Llama
by Sara West
This is a pattern for “My Loco Llama” ready to bring soft, cuddly joy to a little one, or not so little one!
- The pattern is available with pictures, or a printer friendly version without pictures.
- It is written with US terms.
- The finished animal is 7 inches tall.
- I used Universal Yarn’s Bamboo Pop with a 3.00 mm hook.
- The pictures show the llama in Seashell with Hickory accents, and Almond with Chocolate Accents; 1 skein each, with yarn leftover
- You could also make the llama in Cream, Hickory, or Chocolate.
- Most of the stitches are single crochet in the round.
- Whipstitch and backstitch are used for sewing, and a bit of embroidery for the details on the face.
- The fur is made with a chain stitch on top of the base material made of single crochet stitches.
