These socks worked cuff down in rounds, with a double strand of yarn. No heel means they can fit age groups from 8 years to an adult. Believe me they work up in a jiffy!

Berroco Comfort DK (50% Super Fine Acrylic, 50% Super Fine Nylon) 5 skeins, 50 gms each, 178 yards/ 165m.
2 sets of 4.5mm Fixed Circular Knitting Needles and
2 sets of 5mm Fixed Circular knitting needles or size to obtain gauge.
Stitch Markers, Scissors & Measuring Tape
Gauge: 20sts & 24 rows= 4” in Stockinette St. using 4.5mm using double strand of yarn.
