This pattern is written to specifically fit the 36” My Size Barbie dolls. With a few alterations you can easily get this to fit the similar sized Frozen dolls.

Everyone crochets at a different tension so I suggest you use the gauge and also try the dress on to fit occasionally so that you get the proper fit.
