This is my version of a Christmas Tree Hat.
Notes: I also bought a set of those wine glass Christmas charms and some fuzzy pom-poms and sewed them on as mini decorations! I made a long sc strand ad use it for the garland, but you can make up your own. Or you can add a star for the top.
