Myosotis is a feminine and timeless cardigan with a pretty lace panel on the front and eyelets on the back and the front. This cardigan is entirely seamless, started by knitting flat the back from top down to the base of the armholes and using short rows to shape the shoulders. Then, stitches are picked up at the shoulders to knit each front. Once the front is the same length as the back, the back and the front of the cardigan are joined and the body is worked to the hem. The stitches for the sleeves are picked up around each armhole and knitted in the round to the wrists and finished with ribbed cuffs.

Gauge: 21 sts & 28 rows for 4 inches/10 cm in stockinette stitch using the larger needles.

Yarn & notions:
Myosotis is knitted with one strand of fingering and one of lace weight yarn held together. If you prefer you can use one strand of a DK weight yarn.

• 870 (900, 950, 1050, 1110) (1150, 1200, 1260, 1300) m / 952 (985, 1040, 1150, 1215) (1260, 1320, 1380,1422) yards of each yarn or one strand of DK weight. Please keep in mind that yardage is an estimate.
• US 4 / 3.5 mm and US 6 / 4 mm circular needles, or size to obtain the correct gauge.
• Stitch markers + 2 safety pins markers, stitch holders or scrap yarn, tapestry needle, 8 buttons (10 mm / 0.4”)

Myosotis est un gilet féminin et intemporel orné d’un joli panneau de dentelle sur le devant et d’un petit motif ajouré sur le dos et sur le devant. Il se tricote de haut en bas sans couture en débutant par l’empiècement du dos qui est tricoté à plat jusqu’aux emmanchures. Des rangs raccourcis façonnent les épaules. Des mailles sont relevées sur le haut des épaules pour tricoter chaque devant séparément. Dos et devants sont ensuite réunis pour travailler le corps en une seule pièce. Les mailles des manches sont également relevées et travaillées en rond.

Circonférence du buste environ 97 (104, 115, 120, 129) (138, 147, 159, 169) cm. Aisance conseillée : 10 à 20 cm d’aisance positive.
Le modèle présenté est tricoté en taille 2 avec 18 cm d’aisance positive.

Echantillon 21 m et 28 rangs en jersey pour un carré de 10 cm de côté avec les aiguilles 4 mm ou autre taille d’aiguille permettant d’obtenir l’échantillon.

Laine et matériels :
Le modèle se tricote avec deux fils tenus ensemble - un fil merino fingering et un fil de lace mohair. Il est également possible d’utiliser un seul fil de laine de type DK.

• 870 (900, 950, 1050, 1110) (1150, 1200, 1260, 1300) m de chaque fil ou un seul fil de laine de type DK.
• Aiguilles circulaires ou double pointe 3,5 mm et 4 mm pour le corps et les manches (ou taille adaptée à l’ échantillon).
