With this pattern, you can make a doll that can easily change from a mermaid to a girl and back again.

The toy is knitted in the round using the magic loop technique, without sewing (except to close the top of the head). The most interesting and challenging technique you’ll learn is intarsia knitting in the round.

GAUGE is irrelevant as long as you get a dense enough fabric.

MATERIALS REQUIRED
Sport weight yarn (maximum 15g of each colour).
2 mm and 2.5 mm circular knitting needles
2 mm two double-pointed needles
3 mm crochet hook
Darning needle
Stuffing
Stitch markers
Scrap yarn in black and red
